Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between SuperTerminal and BitSentry Cloud? +
SuperTerminal runs runbooks locally on your machine. BitSentry Cloud runs them in the background across your team, with a shared runbook library, automatic triggering from alerts, human review for risky actions, and a full audit trail. Same diagnostic runbook concept, different deployment.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards and can issue invoices for annual plans. Enterprise customers can pay via purchase order.
What does "25% off first year" mean? +
New BitSentry Cloud customers pay $7,200 for the first year instead of $9,600. Starting year two, the plan renews at the standard $9,600/year rate.
Can I self-host BitSentry Cloud? +
Self-hosted deployment is an Enterprise rollout path, not the default Team plan. Contact us if this is a hard requirement.
Do you charge per seat? +
No. BitSentry Cloud includes up to 25 responders at a flat annual rate. No per-seat charges, no surprise bills when your team grows.
